ODE TO A FLUKE
BY
C. BATSELL BATEMAN, III
HOW DARE YOU CALL MY FRIEND A SLUT
SHE'S JUST LIKE ME WITH A BIGGER BUTT
IS SHE LOOSE, I CAN NOT SAY
BUT AT THE BARS SHE LIKES TO PLAY
SAYS SHE IS TWENTY-SOMETHING LOOKING FORTY
TAKE HER HOME FOR A MIDNIGHT SORTY
REACH FOR A CONDOM? DON'T BE SILLY
AIN'T NO NEED TO COVER THAT WILLIE!
MY DADDY TOLE ME WHEN I WAS QUITE YOUNG
EVEN THE UGLY ONES COULD STILL BE FUN
YOU SEE EVERY PILLOW HAS A PILLOW CASE
OR ROLL EM OVER DON'T LOOK AT THAT FACE
TIME FOR THIS POEM TO COME TO A HALT
IF YOU WERE INSULTED IT WASN'T MY FAULT
CAUSE YOU LIVE IN YOUR MIND AND I LIVE IN ME
SO C. BATSELL BATEMAN FOR ANY LEGALITY
