Each new day brings us closer to calamity. Burning fossil fuels certainly produces its fair share of carbon dioxide which when released into the biosphere leads to global warming, but a Gaza fired rocket striking the promised land is likewise heating the planet up in a more immediate and dangerous fashion.
World War III could be just around the corner with the Middle East erupting into kaos with the ineffective and effite, feckless United States diplomats, headed by the horse faced, John F. Kerry, charging into failure.
Then there is the macho man of Russia, Tsar Vlad Putin, manning the trenches against the Ukrane, taking Crimea in much the same way Hitler marched into the Rhineland in 1938. Where is Neville Chamberland? Apparently, being channeled by our esteemed Commander in Chief, who would rather place meaningless sanctions on Russia's billionaires than actually do something.
I pray to the Almighty above that we find no new faults with the Obama administration since each new abomination brings another. Benghazi to the VA hospital scandal, the IRS criminality and the NSA snooping disclosures, all washed from the front pages of the friendly press by droves of illegals pouring over our porous southern border like rockets out of a Gaza preschool.
Thankfully, the loss of the Middle East to Iran and their partners is of no great strategic importance to the United States since we are now the world's leading producer of hydrocarbon based energy. It is serendipitious that $200 per barrel oil will not destroy our frail economy, but will devastate those of Asia, Africa, and Europe. Our pal Putin will do well as he is a net exporter of fosil fuels.
It is going to be a long winter and many will be wondering what they ever saw in Al Gore.
Global warming is not our most pressing problem, global waring is.

Message To Al Gore, Jr: Stay Out Of Georgia! Your Friends At The Urban Poverty Law Center
If this were another time, say the middle ages, people like Alberto Phineas Gore, Jr would find they would've been separate from their bodies, head on a pike. The global warmer enthusiasts would be happy to provide the cleaver for this man whose prophecy could not have wrought more anger from God. Every confab on warming interrupted by severe cold, special envoys to the poles to study the warming trapped in ice for days, and now the stakes are raised by polar vortices which could have Atlantians off the grid for a month or so until the utility companies can repair all the damage this latest Polar Vortex has wrought.
Where is the false profit, Gore? His light shines nowhere. His voice like a pin dropped in outer space, like a tree crashing in the forest without ears to hear.
The man who cried anthropomorphic global warming during a solar sunspot minimum to ginny support for an unpopular world carbon tax for the sole benefit of a more and more useless, thoughtless, and selfish governing class, has wisely dropped from public view. He is reportedly a Howard Hughes type recluse, an enormous glutton with a voracious appetite for banana pudding topped with beluga caviar sprinkled with Reeses'Pieces. His skin is becoming translucent. If he stands naked in front of a light he appears to be two large blue spots and a brown one.
Doctors have said it is only a matter of weeks until his flesh will become completely invisible and his intestines will be displayed in all their undulating magnificence. He is pitiable but grotesque. He is living with the lie he fashioned from whole cloth. He feels betrayed by the Sun and refuses to ever be in the sunlight again for as long as he lives.
My only concern is we may burn all the pikes trying to stay warm before enough heads have taken their earned and rightful places atop.
Good luck Georgia. May God have mercy on your electrical grid and upon Al Gore, Jr's soul.

The Real Tragedy Of Global Warming: Rise In CO2 Lower Intellect
Test scores across the nation have fallen each decade so that now we are facing the first generation of stupid with no hope of improving our situation. What has become of human intellect?
With rising carbon dioxide levels we have witnessed a simultaneous drop in intellect. To prove my point I will cite a few well known recent examples.
President Obama and the congress pass a massive health care bill to save money and insure everyone and it does neither.
We fight limited wars in oil rich areas of the world and steal not a single drop of oil.
We strike down laws of nature in hopes these deviant acts become normalized . Acts which are a public health risk and no public health official had the courage to quarantine HIV carriers when it was first recognized as a disease spread primarily by sodomy. Now the homosexual lobby wants to give blood again.
Where is the common ground when a water park can be shut down for sanitizing if one human turd is discovered floating amongst the frolicking swimmers and nothing is deemed risky by public health officials when one man inserts a pen is into another's an us?
No thanks. But that's discrimination! Damn right it is. And I also don't drive against traffic at night on the interstate. Or walk alone in poor neighborhoods or try to pet the lions at the zoo.
Discrimination is a good thing, A little of it is necessary for survival.
Governments are instituted among men for the people's benefit. When governments flip and exist for the sole benefit of the governors it's usefulness to the people is wanting.
Bad government like a bad marriage is no government.
A Natural law marriage can only be between a man and a woman. The law is in place to encourage humans to reproduce.
We abort 50,000,000 US citizens since passage of R v W and government seeks to replace these natural aborted citizens with poorly educated immigrants from Mexico.
Let me see replace an abortee who would be indoctrinated into our culture by local society with its mores and tradions and schooling with an immigrant with no commonality with our culture. Well, that makes perfect sense if you are sucking more carbon dioxide than you are blowing off.
Are all our Senators and Congressmen stupid? Which begs the question? What?
Yes, Virginia, raising a child is costly, but pales in comparison to the problems of the clash of cultures which we will surely see more of in the future with Europe's experiment in Islamification, and our own flirtation with it to a lesser extent.
In summation, common sense is out the window, when an elderly Southern food show host is raked over the bar-b-que coals and publicly tortured over a word spoken 3 decades ago, and children are sent home from school and expelled for playful mimicry of guns by hand signs or a pastry, and all hope of its recovery is lost.
All loss of reason must be laid at the feet of global warming and the rise of CO2!
Clearly our minds are dulled by the elevated levels of carbon dioxide and mankind is befuddled by a CO2 narcosis!
Civilization will fail as surely as night follows the day, .....or does day follow night.
Now where did I put my car keys?
Damn.

Suprise Snow Storm In October Proof Positive Of Global Warming
Carbon Dioxide is more toxic to human life than ObamaCare is to big business, though not by much. The Little Ice Age ended barely a century ago, brought on by a lull in the power of the sun. Mark Twain often walked across a frozen Mississippi river to visit other states while just a lad in the 1840's. The Dutch used to skate on their waterways as recently as 50 years ago. We do not know what cold is here in America.
Why just a mere 10 thousand years ago over half this continent was layered with more Ice than the Obama's have taken vacation days on our dime. Some places the Glaciers were a mile deep! It will happen again. It is already starting. A record 1.3 inches fell on Hobo Park in New York City where the occupy wall street gang of 70 is clinging on to the good life while their head and pubic lice are having to buy scarves and making the long journey from scalp and pubic areas to warmer cracks and crevasses near the axilla and the anus.
When it is a matter of survival, people and lice will take desperate measures! Colonel Gadhafi even hid in a culvert filled with camel excrement when his life was threatened. And Sadam Hussein crawled into a spider hole where he was captured.
Hitler killed his body double and his wife Eva and had them burned with petrol in the fore yard of his bunker while he was spirited out of Berlin in a small plane piloted by Heinrich Murdoch, and Murdoch merely a student pilot.
He spent his last 40 years in Spain under the protection of the United States Secret Service living in President Franco's winter home in Barcelona. He is said to have grown a beard and shaved his mustache, and even played himself in a few Hollywood films before he got too feeble to read his lines. His only regret was that he did not do more to win the second world war.
Said he would have won if the Japanese had taken on the Russians in a more forceful manner.
My great uncle corresponded with Adolf Hitler up until his death in 1987 at the age of 101. He never lost his quick wit nor his hatred for the communist. Was he bitter?
You could say that. His vision for a world where the strong not only survive, but dominate was crushed. He warned my uncle that one day history would prove him correct. But the world would not see his genius.
Well, the little ice age is back and we will be cold and occupy wall street will freeze and Hitler and Franco are dead as are Hussein and Gadhafi and many billions who came this way before. I am beginning to collect fire wood in case I need it. I like the warm weather. My body's temperature is about 98 degrees F and functions best when it is kept at that level. Why all the hubbub about Global warming when we should be fearing a return of the ice box!

Cows are People TOO
Susan, my secretary, and I had to go out to check the cows yesterday since Larry had to be in court to see about adopting his grandchildren. It was a beautiful day with a slight breeze from the south and temps in the low 60's F. Larry likes to look at the ones who are ready to calve twice a day and more frequently if a heifer is near. We have pulled about three calves in the past couple of years, only one that was alive.
Well we were met by the majority of the herd who associates us with food, all parties inspected us and after noting no food, went about grazing or lazing about the pasture. Susan and I headed off across the pasture to look at the playpen where all the new calves hang out together with only one momma cow in attendance. As we got close to the playpen, I heard a strange sounding "moo" which came from our east over a small rise. The pitch of the moo changed and was louder than is typical. The majority of the cattle herd was still north of our location and that of the most recent call by 150 yards.
I glanced north to see the herd all sprinting toward the call which was apparently a cry for help. Susan and I went over to investigate. When we got to the site of interest, all the older cows were crowded about a small just born calf and took turns nudging the lifeless calf with their noses trying to lift it up and get it on its feet. The mother of the calf had a bloody snout and pushed in and tried to raise the limp calf and one by one the older cows sniffed and in about 5 minutes they left to do what cows do. It was obvious the calf was dead.
The mother was distraught and began to head butt with another cow. Susan and I did not intervene, we went to my sister's place next door and got the back hoe, drove it to the calf, took two big scoops of earth out of the ground beside the dead calf and scooted it over into the grave and covered it with the earth we had removed. Many of the herd came over to watch.
When we left they sniffed around where the dead calf had lain. That calf was premature, had no fur and was all of about 30 lbs.
I hope we do not have a virus causing abortions. Time will tell. Nothing sadder that a dead calf unless it is a tiny wheelchair in a children's hospital. I can only conclude that cows are in communication with each other and are smarter than many of our leaders in congress. I wonder what our cows think about global warming? I wonder if congress would earmark a grant for me to study this? I will get Susan to apply for a grant.

Urban Poverty law Center Policy on Tough Meat
Blogosphereons:
I am frazzled. Albert Gore, Jr my fellow Tennessean, with his funny ideas about global warming has caused some of the coldest temperatures and snowiest days here in West Tennessee. It was 4 degrees F this am when my bladder signaled my sleep was ending. My mind needs eight hours of sleep to feel rested, but my bladder is ready to get up in only six hours. I wish my organs would compromise and split the difference. I feel so tired all the time. Snowed on Monday, about 3 inches in a couple of hours, surprised the school folks and they called school off at 10 am.
My sister, Notill, is younger than me by about 12 yrs. Mother was in the change of life when she was conceived, and Mother thought she was dying with a tumor for several months after she began to swell and throw up. Mama was 49 when Notill was born.
Like all babies in the family, Notill was doted upon and was spoiled from the get-go. I do not think she ever cried and my mother and her mother kept Notill happy by feeding her candy any time she cried out. Notill learned how to get candy at an early age. She was a big baby!
I always hated it when Notill would come into my room. She had the stickiest hands on any little kid I ever seen. Her favorite thing was to slip up on me while I was sleeping and put her sticky little hands all over my face. It was so disgusting! It was as though she washed her hands in maple syrup and let them air dry.
The cats and dogs soon learned to be very wary of Notill. If she ever touched them, she would come back with gobs of fur stuck to her hands. For a while our animals appeared to have the mange, but it was just sweet little Notill being playful. I learned early on to keep my baseball cards safe I had to keep them up in the closet out of reach of Notill.
When she was a toddler my friends and I used to place bets on whether Notill could put something down after she picked it up. We would laugh and laugh as she would study the object we would give her, usually a small piece of paper or a small cut of mother's yarn, while she passed it from sticky finger to sticky finger, hand to hand, and, after losing interest, try to throw it and shake it free only to finally in a fit squat down on the floor and smear it onto the floor. Some times she had to use her foot to peel it off her hand and then she would stand up and triumphantly and ignorantly march away with the object stuck to her foot or shoe. Notill was our video game.
To my great relief and that of the family pets, Notill grew up to be a beautiful young woman, and she graduated from high school and married the Warner boy. They had
three delightful daughters, Harriet, Hilda, and Bob. Notil's husband, Robert, wanted a son so badly, when the third daughter was born with slightly ambiguous genitalia, he went with it and named her Robert Jr.
Bob was raised as a boy in all respects. He played with boy toys, helped his father work on the farm, and became quite the little misogynist. He would talk down to his mother and sisters and strike them if they crossed him. He lifted weights and wrestled in the 125 lb weight class and won state in his senior year. He dated the prettiest cheerleader. He is a Junior at the Ag college in Martin Tennessee and will be returning to work the farm with his daddy after graduation. Still thinks he is a boy. Doc Dalton gives him hormone shots so he don't have a period.
Anyway, I was up with my bladder this am and checked the temp outside, 18 degrees F, a heatwave! Had a new calf night of 4 degrees F. Larry Simmons built it a bed of hay and checked on it yesterday and it was up and feeding off its mother. Cows is tough, especially the ones they make into steaks at Walmart. Shucks, last time I bought a Walmart steak, I had Larry Simmons over and we grilled it and I took a bite and chewed it as much as I could until my jaw started aching, then I passed it over to Larry who has a new set of false teeth and he chewed on it for 10 minutes til he got chest pains and gave up, then we passed it off to the dog who chewed on it for half an hour before he left it in disgust, and I picked it up off the floor and chewed on it for another good 10 minutes and passed over to Simmons for one more try and we finally gave it up and ate our salads. Larry says the cow that steak came from had too much "string". I accepted his explanation, but hate to waste $5 on a chopped steak.
I was pissed off and Larry said we should take it back for a refund. On the way to Walmart, Larry slid his truck off the road and got us stuck. A fellow with a 4x4 pick up came by and offered to pull us out. We didn't have a tow strap, but Larry, who is smart this way, took the chopped steak and cut it in a long thin strip and tied one end of it to our axle and the other to the fellow's hitch and it held and got us pulled out of that snow bank! We was just glad to get out of that snow bank and weren't so upset with the Walmart meat department anymore.
$5 for a bad piece of meat seems criminal, but not a bad price for an indestructible tow strap.

Poverty On The Rise, Temperatures Dropping UPLC Report
Friends,
Over at the Holladay Diner yesterday, I was talking with Jug Cochs about the economy and his tax preparer told him that Tennessee was going to require him to purchase workmans compensation insurance on hisself! Now I ain't that bright, but Jug is self-employed with no employees ceptin hisself. Tennessee wants him to be both employer and employee. He said he would be faced with a 15% tax of his gross if he made more than $52,000, imagine a tax of this magnitude applied to his other taxes. It might look something like this:
Jug Cochs tax return 2010
Gross income: $52,001
self employment tax / medicare tax $7,600
workmans comp tax $7,600
income tax $7,600
business tax $3,000
property tax $1,500
sales tax $2,000
total tax $29,300 total left for Jug to spend is $22,701
Jug is not a happy camper. He was even unhappier when I told him that even the serfs of the middle ages only had to give 1/12 to the lord of the manor. Jug wants to be a serf and not a slave. I agree, but I told Jug that me and the Urban Poverty Law Center was fighting on his behalf as soon as he drops over into poverty which looks like it is coming next year if these tax levels hold out! He was not amused. Seriously, working Americans are getting pissed off. This could make our work at the Law Center more difficult. Even Karl Marx knew it was easier to help pacified poor than the irritable poor. The hungry poor are most disagreeable and prone to outburst of violence. Stalin knew if you can't feed them you have to kill them. Those are just the facts as detestable as they may be. Hitler knew that a man without a gun is an easier mark than one with a gun. Americans have guns and no Hitler thus far.
The Urban Poverty Law Center's policy on gun control is "all legal residents of the fifty states should be free to own and bare arms, without infringement by anyone in government." Our belief is the current Federal Firearms Acts form is too intrusive and needs to be shortened to something like:
The New Urban Poverty Law Center ATF gun purchasing form: Do you already legally own a gun? If Yes, go ahead, buy another.
If No, why not?
Then go into the questionnaire on mental competence and felony convictions.
I need to make more of the shenanigans in Copenhagen by the Watchers. Watchers is a term we have here at the UPLC for those people who have moved up the people ladder and do not produce anything of value for mankind. All Watchers are easily identified by uncalloused well-manicured hands and perfectly coiffured hair and Italian suits. If they are not brown they are well tanned. Their teeth are their own and perfectly white. They work from 11am to 2pm with a 2 hr lunch break and two 30 minute coffee breaks. They all make 6 + figure salaries and travel all over the world free. They have generous expense accounts. The United Nations is staffed by Watchers. Urban Poverty Law Center will take a look at just one of these Watchers. His name is Doctor Rajendra Pachauri.
Dr. Pachauri is the head of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. He is a graduate of the famous Railroad and Engineers Institute in India whose name escapes me now. He is not a Climatologist, he is a Watcher. He planned the Climate Confab in Copenhagen. He traveled over 443,243 miles over the past 18 months leading up to the Confab including two trips from New York to Delhi just to practice Cricket and play a Cricket match. He is a Watcher of the highest order. I have not ever seen a picture of Rajandra, but he must be very handsome and not know about computers and how to send emails or how to setup online meetings to save the planet of all the carbon spewing out of the backs of the UN jet fleet. Watchers are notoriously selfish and self servers. Watchers are wealthy, selfless people like Mother Teresa are poor. I have said too much for now, but be suspicious of all Watchers. Watchers only watch out for themselves. Don't listen to what they say, watch what they do. They think the people who are Producers are stupid, because if they were smart they would be Watchers like them. They are worse than the Scientologists.
More Later on Watchers and Producers.
